Here's a collection of 50 .PNG Heightmap Files I made for Unreal Engine. These heightmaps were created and rendered using the ANT Landscape plugin in Blender, then edited with GIMP. I made a Tutorial on how to create your own heightmaps. License is CC0, free for personal and commercial use. Just don't try to sell them as is, please.
Sea level is set to 200 meters, Height scale to 50%, below sea level to 5 meters and all land is raised. By setting only land rise, and below sea level to 10, the land will raise 10 meters out of the sea. In the map editor from cities, the sea level can also be adjusted.
This is an elevation data browser, which "auto-exposes" the display so that the highest and lowest visible elevations are white and black. The result is a grayscale heightmap, suitable for use as a displacement map in 3D applications.
