Trusted site for classic DOS games. Just getting back into ms-DOS gaming and came across a lot of sites where you can find the classic games. (I’m an 80’s kid hence looking at Doom, duke nukem but also vikings, jazz jackrabbit).
Absolutely, there are a plethora of good sites that offer full versions of abandoned or freeware games, such as the ones others have mentioned in this thread. There are also DOS games still being made today, and usually offered for free. You can find these at DOSHaven. :)
You can buy them from gog.com. the games from gog.com are all preconfigured so you don't have set dosbox settings manually. As a added bonus, they usually have sales on games you just have to look and know which games are old (pre 2000s). If you catch the sales you can get the older games from 2 dollars to 5 dollars.
