Download either a release appropriate for your platform or check out the bleeding edge repository. All releases contain an example configuration file and the video.x driver from MOL. If you have no idea what to download you almost certainly want the win32-jitc release. These are links to the sourceforge mirror system.
PearPC doesn't have an installer, you must install it by yourself. Windows users: Please download the win32 jitc build. Unzip the file to a new directory. Then continue with configuration. Windows experts (and brave): Make sure you have a descent compiler installed. Only GCC is officially supported. Then download a source archive.

Please note that this is an experimental program not meant for productive use. There are still unimplemented instructions, mysterious bugs and missing features. Don't use it on important data, it WILL destroy them sooner or later!
