That said, I'd recommend creating a brand new email account which you strictly use for your RuneScape account and nothing else. Enable 2FA on it and use a strong & unique password, and you should be good to go.
If the email address you entered is linked to any RuneScape account, you will be sent a list of login names/emails associated with the email address you entered. Try out every email address that you know, and hopefully you'll find the correct login email.
The RuneScape Authenticator is an additional layer of protection that players can add to their RuneScape and Old School RuneScape accounts. There is a form on the official Support Center to recover accounts with forgotten log-ins, but it's hidden behind a bunch of bs that most players find difficult to navigate. As far as I know, you won't be able to get to the forgotten log-in recovery page through the regular log-in on the website or in-game, which is ridiculous IMO.
