   13 Απρ 2020 · After multiple tries, it fails to update saying Steam needs to be online to update, when I'm clearly "online". I have tried the update with the Firewall Disabled and an Exclusion on the Steam Folder on Windows Defender, Windows 7 compatibility, Running as an Administrator and finally in Safe Mode (w/ Networking), running as Administrator.
