If the player has SimCity 4 and/or Rush Hour installed, they can import cities into The Sims 2 to use custom neighbourhoods.
This is a repack of The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection and includes almost all game’s expansion and stuff packs (important: a few packs are missing such as IKEA Home Stuff. You can download and install these packs separately.)

Open the folder called “Game Files” found inside of the extracted folder and double click on the Setup.exe file.
