A Singapore-registered trade mark can be renewed once every 10 years. Each time, it can only be renewed starting from 6 months before the expiry date of the registered trade mark through the filing of Form TM19 with the relevant fee.

In the details as elaborated in Annex A, the date that the process changes will come into effect is termed as the “implementation date”, being 29 April 2022.
Renewals can be done by the applicant or representative on behalf of the applicant on our electronic online system, IPOS Digital Hub (IDH) at https://digitalhub.ipos.gov.sg. Note that an updated certificate of registration is not issued after a trade mark is renewed.
To apply for trade mark registration in Singapore, you will have to file Form TM 4, together with the prevailing fees via online submission on our IPOS Digital Hub platform at https://digitalhub.ipos.gov.sg) for each trade mark.
