Free Vocational Training
Welcome to the SUNY Manhattan Educational Opportunity Center (MEOC) where you can achieve your academic goals and take your career to the next level. We offer free programs to help you learn English, earn your High School Equivalency diploma, prepare for college and/or train for a career.
RTI offers a wide range of vocational educational programs. Our training is free to the youth at risk’, and underserved adults in our communities, who do not have to pay tuition to take our courses, nor do they incur any large amounts of student debt, in order to complete a technical career with us.
Through our Virtual Workforce1 Career Center system, we can connect you via web or phone (within one to two business days) to one-on-one help from professionals who can help you: Identify jobs that are a fit for your experience and skills. Prepare for interviews. Access free training.

Services are free and available online, over the phone, or in-person at one of 18 Workforce1 Career Centers located across the five boroughs.

TechConnect offers more than 100 technology classes, both online and in-person, at libraries throughout the Bronx, Manhattan, and Staten Island—all absolutely free! From learning the basics of how to use a computer to coding to digital media production, there is a class for everyone.
