The original Douglas A-4 Skyhawk had a wingspan of 8.38m and an overall length of 12.22m : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Douglas_A-4_Skyhawk whereas the model has a wingspan of 940mm and a length of 1430mm, which gives as an overall scale for the model of ~ 1: 8.91 (from the wingspan numbers).

3 Αυγ 2017 · Here's video of me flying the new Freewing A-4. Temp was 94 degrees, winds approximately 7-9 mph, humidity 60%. As you will see, the stock PNP power system has no problem moving this jet through these conditions!
Why I chose the Freewing 80mm A-4 Skyhawk: 1. The primary reason I chose the A-4 is the NOSEWHEEL assembly has a TRAILING LINK (TL), not just the OLEO strut found on most other EDFs I've considered.

It is pretty awesome! - You can go between the F & E models with ease due to the magnetic “hump”. - In addition to the hump, the provided decal sets and the fact the airframe comes bare allows for significant customization.

Here's pics of the New Freewing 80mm A-4E/F Skyhawk coming soon to Motion RC. Yes, the hump is removable. She's a sweet flyer and a Freewing A-4 has been on my bucket list for a long time!
