15 Οκτ 2019 · Recently, several US news outlets have questioned the safety of full face snorkeling masks (“FFSM”). These concerns have seemingly arisen as some of the reported Hawaiian snorkeling deaths in 2018 occurred while the victim was using a FFSM.

While the deaths in 2018 were tragic, we do not believe full face snorkel masks were the cause.
