Make a witch and have her adopt 1 kid everyday (but start her off with 2 kids) kill one kid everyday and adopt one everyday so you always have 2 kids ( but make sure to age them to teenagers).
In general it's pretty fun in sims 2 to play in a rotational playstyle. You make a couple of families and then you play each one for the same amount of simdays, so they all age together. More fun, if you do it in a new neighbourhood with clean templates and no townie generation.
