5 Δεκ 2022 · The detection of sucrose after the electrophoretic separation has been performed in other studies by electrochemical and spectrometric measures. The electrochemical measures consist of the oxidation of the hydroxyl groups of the sucrose in basic conditions, for which a PAD detector is used [58,59,60,61,62].

5 Αυγ 2022 · Electrophoresis is the migration of electrically charged molecules under the effect of the electrical field. Tiselius used a liquid medium that had less resolution due to the effect of gravity and diffusion. Electrophoresis uses solid support media with buffers to overcome these obstacles.
10 Σεπ 2019 · Nanoparticle analysis confirmed that the cleanest samples, as judged by electrophoresis, are those obtained in the presence of β-ME (where single peaks are seen) after sucrose density gradient.
10 Σεπ 2021 · Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE) is probably the most common analytical technique used to separate and characterize proteins. A solution of acrylamide and bisacrylamide is polymerized. Acrylamide alone forms linear polymers.
In electrolysis reactions, the equivalent weight of an element is therefore, equal to its atomic weight divided by the number of electrons it gains or loses (from Murphy and Rousseau, 1969). When an electrolyte is dissolved in water, its molecules dissociate into oppositely charged fragments (ions).
28 Δεκ 2017 · The objective of this study is to develop a new method of sucrose dosage using a spectrophotometry method in a pure and impure system (presence of glucose and fructose). The work performed shows the reliability of this method.
12 Ιαν 2005 · Summary. Three sucrose synthase (SuSy) (EC 2.4.1.13) forms were isolated from sugarcane leaf roll tissue. During anion exchange chromatography, one peak of activity (SuSyA) eluted during the wash step and the other peak (SuSyB) during the salt gradient phase at 180 mM KCl concentration.
