19 Σεπ 2024 · I was able to log in on the web app, however, it tells me to "log in to FUT through console first". How am I supposed to do that as even early access is not till a couple more days? Upon reaching out to technical support, they said they are escalating it, but recommended to post here too. See attached image for more details.

At the moment, you can only sign in to the Web- and Companion apps via your EA account email and password, which should be connected to your platform account where you play FIFA with. I think this issue is very popular now because many players was dropped off when their 10 trial hours has gone. 21 Σεπ 2023 · Hi! I had my club created in 2019, played fifa 20, 21, 22, but not fifa 23. I did some trading/pack opening on the web app, but in the end I haven't buy the game and didn't log in on the console. Can I now enter web app/companion early access, or only on 29th once I will buy the game on console?

At first I could fix it by submitting an SBC on console, then the web app or companion would start working again. If you are able to log in on a trusted device and, change the verification the be sent via SMS (Text) to a cell phone, try that. If none of those work, You will need to Contact An Advisor.
