Dosage Schedule. Day 1. Administer 10 mg twice daily (before breakfast and at bedtime) and 5 mg twice daily (after lunch and dinner). Day 2. Administer 5 mg 3 times daily (before breakfast, after lunch, and after dinner) and 10 mg at bedtime. Day 3.
