Hi, just hoping I can get some guidance! I recently bought time crisis 1 and a ps1 console. I had a g con 45 put away which was working when it was last used (although that might have been 20 or more years ago). I also bought a CRT tv because I had heard light guns won’t work with flat screens.
The GunCon (or G-Con-45 in Europe), often abbreviated as G-Con, is a PlayStation controller, and the official Time Crisis controller, made by Namco. It is the predecessor to the GunCon 2 and 3.
Namco Guncon / G-con 45: It is used in Namco games, but also most PS1 and (some) PS2 games made after 1997. It is either grey or black in colour with 2 red buttons on each side and connects using a standard controller connection and the composite pass-through jack.
