This page provides a status for enrollment applications submitted to Gainwell Technologies. An Application Tracking Number (ATN) and Business or Last Name (as submitted on the application) are required to retrieve the status of the application.
A pplicants can review the status of their application by going to the Georgia Web Portal homepage at www.mmis.georgia.gov and clicking on the Provider Enrollment/Enrollment Application Status link. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and enter the ATN and Business or Last Name.
