There are two ways to submit your application for renewal: Renew Your Credential Online: Qualifying credentials may be renewed online using the Educator Login button on the Commission’s website. Credentials renewed online are generally processed within 10 working days.

Apply for a New Document. If you are a first-time applicant and have never applied for a document you must first register to use the CTC Online system. Please visit the Login Help page for additional information.
COMPLETING YOUR APPLICATION. This application (Form 41-4) is the Commission’s universal application, and is used for all first-time and renewal applications regardless of the type of credential certificate, or permit you are applying for.

If your certificate expired or you hold a Retired Educator certificate, you must renew your professional certificate before returning to the classroom. Apply for renewal through your MyPSC Account if you have met renewal requirements.
