Italian Food & Great Pizza. Gabatoni's has been a family owned and operated restaurant serving the Springfield Area for 57 years, and we have used the same secret recipe since 1952. When you come to Gabatoni's, you can dine in or take advantage or our convenient pick-up window if you are in a hurry.
They had their first location at 300 Washington Street in Springfield, IL and stayed there for eight years. In 1959, they moved their beloved family-owned pizzeria to their present location on 300 Laurel Street, where they still make the freshest, most delicious pizza 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
