The green led one on outside for charging case and the inside one that illuminates when you put your buds in to charge also doesn't work. So I'm left with thinking my buds will run out of battery and the case won't charge. I've reset the case but I can't figure out what's causing it.
Tell the service centre reps you've misplaced your Galaxy Buds case and would like a new one. Once they've approved your purchase, they'll just mark your Buds cradle as damaged/defective and provide you with a new case for a very reasonable amount.
