To display the ticket list and view ticket details: Retrieve a PNR/Booking File with ticketed fares. Click the Ticket icon to launch the Smartpoint Assisted Ticketing window.
Create Work Area 2 for an agency (3 work areas are available) RPFB/DEF64/WRKØ3. Borrow Galileo default number 64 and place it in Work Area 3. RPFB/GL2/WRKØ1/WRKØ2. Copy selected branch agency (GL2’s) Work Area 1 to own agency’s Work Area 2 (only if Group Coded) RPFB/GL2/DYO18/WRKØ3.
Before using the Galileo system to issue any documents, you should check your printer status. From your workstation, you can check your printer status and ticket and invoice (TINS) tables to verify correct document numbering (TINS is the Galileo Ticket/Invoice Numbering System).
