40 Full Body Strength & Conditioning | STRONG [BOOST] - Day 1. Well my sweat was still falling by the end of the cool down lol but I feel great right now! Burpees are tough but I'm always so amazed that I can do them so a big thanks to Sydney! Loving strong boost so far!
Program List. Focus on strength and sculpting mixed with high intensity cardio. Each workout combines two of the following 3 elements: strength (heavy weights), sculpt (lighter weights w/ more burn), sweat (high intensity cardio). Core strength, unilateral strength, stability and endurance.
Although we have over 1500 full length workout videos, and a total of over 1800 video uploads if you include 5-25 minute workouts and stretches, we were able to smash the world record for most workouts produced by an individual!
What a fantastic first workout! Didn’t work up a sweat but I loved all the moves. The sumo squat with press over single side rack was new to me, and now one of my favorite combo moves. Also, I love that Sydney is adding the modification window with glute & mini resistance bands this month!
