Edge showed up first, then Gangrel debuted and shortly after Christian, who distracted Edge during a match with Owen Hart. On Raw, Christian and Edge had a short feud where we found out they were brothers. Then with Gangrel's help, Christian convinced Edge to join them and they formed The Brood.
