ChemPlasKin integrates the electron Boltzmann equation solver CppBOLOS with the Cantera library, enabling the solution of neutral gas and plasma kinetics within a unified ODE system.
Process control. Analog and digital outputs and inputs are available to output monitor track values as continuous or threshold signals. The integrated PID control function enables closed loop control, e.g. for active gas flow or power control in reactive sputtering applications.
