Gavin Geoffrey Dillard (born November 28, 1954) is an American poet and songwriter. He is the author of nine books of verse, two poetry anthologies, a memoir, numerous popular and classical art songs.
Gavin Geoffrey Dillard bound his first collection of wisdom poems, couplets, and koans in 2nd grade. By his senior year, Gavin was flown to New York for the publishing of his first book, where he spent time under the auspices of Allan Ginsberg, Harold Norse, Ian Young, and other icons of the day.
