I put together an easy-to-use template Google Docs for Monster Stat Blocks in 5E. Link included. Resources. The template looks like this. As promised, the doc link is here. It isn't perfect but it captures the feel of a MM stat block without requiring a program or image embedding.
The gazer can mimic simple sounds of speech it has heard, in any language. A creature that hears the sounds can tell they are imitations with a successful DC 10 Wisdom (Insight) check. Actions. Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 1 piercing damage. Eye Rays.
Simple format and updates with any word processor. If anyone is interested in a more programmatic/data driven alternative, checkout Valloric's StatBlock5E . I use it to generate blocks by feeding monster/npc/character data from a db and exporting them to web pages.

I couldn't find any monster statblock templates for word that fit what I wanted so I made some! https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1JgtAqHK7vykrckvSUM9jQywelaFSxYhb?usp=sharing. The double width statblock is finicky and a bit weird but they both work. Hopefully you can find some use out of them!
