Deathmatch is a really great polearm in general, however I'd say it's especially good on Hu Tao, better than Dragon's Bane unless its refinement is much higher, because the low base attack is not much of a downside for her since she gets most of her attack from her hp conversion, and 30+ crit rate makes her so much easier to build
