A Georgia Living will is a document that combines the functions of a power of attorney and a health care directive. A living will serves as a written record of an individual's healthcare wishes if he or she ever falls terminally ill or falls inro an incapacitated or vegetative state.
Georgia residents who are at least 21 years old may apply for a Weapons Carry License. Residents between the ages of 18 to 20 years old with certain military training may also apply. Applications must be made at the Probate Court in the Applicant's county of residence.
