Current Weapons Carry License. A completed Weapons Carry License Application. $30.00 in cash ($20.00 denominations or less), money order, or credit card (4% service fee). You may purchase a temporary license for $1.00.
Weapons Carry Application. Georgia residents who are at least 21 years old may apply for a Weapons Carry License. Residents between the ages of 18 to 20 years old with certain military training may also apply. Applications must be made at the Probate Court in the Applicant's county of residence.

Attached is the application form for a State Firearm License. This license is required in addition to the Federal License, for any person, firm or corporation who sells weapons under 15 inches in length (handguns). This application must be filled out completely.
