The Georgia Court of Appeals is the intermediate-level appellate court for the U.S. state of Georgia. The court is a single entity with 15 judges. The judges are assigned into five divisions of three judges each, with the assignments changed annually.
The Ohio District Courts of Appeals are the intermediate appellate courts of the U.S. state of Ohio. The Ohio Constitution provides for courts of appeals that have jurisdiction to review final appealable orders.

Under Ohio's Constitution, regional courts of appeals are intermediate level appellate courts. Their primary function is to hear appeals from the common pleas, municipal, and county courts. Courts of appeals also have original jurisdiction in certain type of proceedings.
