Application Fee Waivers. The Office of Graduate Education provides Institute-level application fee waivers for participants of the specific programs listed below. To be eligible, you must have proof of active participation when requesting the waiver.
As of August 1, 2023, the fee for international applicants is $105 per application. Applications submitted without payment will not be processed. Georgia Tech provides application fee waivers to advance diversity, recognize outstanding undergraduate achievement, and engage prospective students in recruitment events where Georgia Tech is affiliated.
Fee Waivers. If your financial circumstances make it difficult for you to pay the application fee, you should complete the fee waiver area of the profile section of the Common Application. The eligibility criteria used for fee waivers is listed there and includes: You have received or are eligible to receive an ACT or SAT testing fee waiver.

Georgia Tech’s Office of International Education is able to administer out-of-country tuition waivers to current undergraduate and graduate students holding F-1 visas and experiencing unforeseen financial difficulties that could prevent students from reaching their academic goals.
Fee Waivers. If you are a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident and feel your financial circumstances or first-generation college student status may qualify you for an application fee waiver, you can request a fee waiver in the application fee waiver section of the transfer application.
