14 Δεκ 2019 · Updating to 18.45.01 is supposed to fix those problems. Depending on your current level of software already running, there may be 15 individual updates to the system. I would do it.
18 Ιαν 2021 · Best plan is probably to not attempt the 18.45.01 update since it's a giant pile of software-shaped s**t. But it may be a solution for those who are stuck in the Sierra Wireless Bolo bootloop (i.e. UConnect purgatory).
12 Ιουλ 2021 · You need to download and install each update separately. If you have 15.xx.xx on your current radio, then you need to install 16.xx.xx, 17.43.01, and finally 18.43.01
2 Νοε 2019 · People in forums are saying you need to use a 4GB USB but I did the update successfully using a 32GB USB. Here's a good video that shows the entire process : and you can pause the video and use his VIN# on the (Software Update for Uconnect® - Check For Updates) page to download Uconnect 18.45.01.
15 Δεκ 2016 · click download update (be sure zip file downloads to your computer, NOT the thumbdrive. USB thumbdrive needs to be no less than 4GB and no greater than 32GB. It must be formatted to FAT32.
5 Απρ 2024 · As usual, the latest map requires the latest Uconnect software. My system identifies my software version as 18.45.01. When I go to Uconnect and enter my VIN, they tell me the latest software version is: “Uconnect_VP4,18.45.01-My13-17”. “Release Date: 2019-10-09”.
2 Μαΐ 2020 · I updated my radio to 18.45.01 yesterday. The installation went fine. What i did notice is that all my themes are now gone. There used to be different colors and designs to choose from, but not they are all identical and amber. Is there something i need to do to fix this or is it even possible?
