9 Δεκ 2020 · Guitar Review: Gibson’s 50s LG-2 Pairs Vintage Vibe with Modern Playability. The new 50s LG-2 is no exception. As soon as I picked it up, this guitar felt instantly familiar, and it was easy to imagine that I was holding a new old stock guitar, straight from the 1950s.
30 Νοε 2020 · I love the sound of that 1944, all-mahogany LG-2! Makes me miss my 1943 LG-1, which is the same guitar, but with fancier trim (fancy rosette, multiple purflings top and back). My LG-1 is on long-term loan to Jennifer Nettles, with whom I'm working on a project.
8 Απρ 2021 · Gibson 50s LG-2 2020. I just got this guitar today and I’m stoked about it. I have a Martin HD28 and a Rainsong. So this is a special addition to my guitars! I am a hard strummer (I try not to be) and I’m wondering what particular strings I should consider for this guitar.
28 Ιαν 2016 · I'm wondering how some of Gibson's recent LG-2 versions compare - the American Eagle or the now-discontinued Americana. I don't have any local shops that carry them (or any other small-bodied Gibsons).
21 Ιουλ 2013 · Gibson must be aware of the in-creased demand, because it recently revisited the series with the new LG-2 American Eagle, which uses some of the original features as a point of departure for a sweet, and relatively affordable modern acoustic-electric.
