The way to specialize Giff is utilize it's advantage on strength checks, making a grappler that's less reliant on Barbarian Rages or Rune Knight Giant's Might. Opens up a few more niche classes to a grappler build, such as Rogue and Monk, without locking yourself into a class that provides the advantage.
Built correctly you've got a grapple specialist with perform checks that make the character akin to a 'professional' wrestler. The Built in strength advantage, and headbutt to knock prone just scream "grappler" to me.
15 Σεπ 2022 · The giff in the new campaign setting for Dungeons & Dragons present plenty of new options to build extremely powerful characters. They have great racial features that mix well with the established concepts of the game.
I'm aiming for the highest infinitely sustainable damage possible with firearms, maintaining the damage output while expending no resources. Having expendable resources that can be used for several combats a day are bonuses, but for the base build I'm going for zero-resource expenditure.

In some ways, this puts the Giff at odds with itself because a single build generally can’t be good at both fighting using firearms and at using Strength checks to grapple.
