24 Μαρ 2023 · Gingival cysts of the newborn appear as small 2 to 3 mm in diameter, isolated or multiple whitish papules on the crest of the alveolar ridge of newborns. They are more commonly found in the maxilla than the mandible and have the same histological appearance as palatal cysts.
