The AAU provides an online "Find a Club" tool (below) that will allow you to see what clubs are located in your area and contact them about age groups, tryouts, etc. An AAU Membership is not required to search for teams/clubs in your geography however a membership is required to contact teams/clubs via the Find a Club tool.

6 Αυγ 2023 · Tryouts begin this weekend with a full slate of sessions scheduled for next week. Below is a list of tryouts published by the various clubs. We’ll update this information frequently in the coming days. The years listed refer to the player’s high school graduation year. A couple of other notes: Clubs are listed in alphabetical order.
13 Αυγ 2024 · Tryouts are listed by graduation year. For example, incoming 9th graders this fall are 2028s, 8th graders are 2029s and so on. We provide basic information on dates, times and locations. Refer to the club’s website for more details on how to register, etc.
The Clydes are a competitive, tryout-based team basketball program in New York City. All of our Clydes student athlete’s are placed on teams based on their age/grade from 9U - 16U. Our program is designed to give talented & dedicated youth basketball student athlete’s a chance to develop their skills in a fun and competitive environment.
In other words, you are good enough to participate in AAU girls’ basketball tryouts regardless of your skills; what needs to be determined is finding the best fit for you and the team(s) that you’re trying out for.
