I’ve brought in frames that Costco doesn’t sell and had new lenses installed on two different occasions. Each time it took six days and cost $150. Mine are progressive lenses.
Free glasses repair at Costco. Somebody mentioned this a few weeks ago, maybe in one of the "what other costco services are there?" but I broke my (non-Costco purchased) glasses recently. My eye doctor told me they couldn't repair them. Costco fixed them up for free and in only 30 minutes.

I've been using Costco optical for years and I've been happy with the price point, quality and service. I prefer progressives over bifocals and got new lenses (only) for $70 + $25 for the pattern. I almost always bring my own frames. I find the frame quality good at Costco but the frame styles feel uninspired to me.
