29 Ιουν 2021 · You must contact our helpdesk or contact us on social media if you: applied for a UK GHIC after 29 June 2021 and you've moved address. hold a UK EHIC and you've moved address. As your address is not printed on the card, we’ll not send you a new one.

2 Φεβ 2024 · A GHIC is a free card that lets you access state-provided medical treatment in the 27 countries of the EU, plus several other countries in Europe and elsewhere. The GHIC replaced the EHIC from January 2021 after the UK left the EU.
To obtain your GHIC you will need to provide your full name, address, date of birth, National Insurance or NHS number (England and Wales), CHI number (Scotland), Health and Care number (Northern Ireland). You can begin your application, here : ghic.org.uk/Internet/startApplication.do.
Use this service to: check if you're eligible and apply for cover. replace a lost, stolen, or damaged card. If you're eligible, you'll receive a card that can be used to get cover for emergency treatment abroad. This will be either a: UK Global Health Insurance Card (GHIC)
