You can purchase Globe AutoLoadMax prepaid load at all Globe Stores. This convenient service is available for both local and overseas Globe prepaid customers. If you're going overseas, Globe provides an International AutoLoadMax service through web partners, so you can reload your prepaid SIM while on roaming.

5 Οκτ 2022 · It is a free service to help you monitor the available load stored on your Globe sim card anytime. There are 6 possible ways to determine your load balance. It is by dialing #143*, using the Globeone app, by interactive voice response (ivr), and through SMS.
24 Ιαν 2024 · The best (and most recommended) way to contact Globe customer service is to call the hotline number 211 for free on your Globe mobile phone. You only need at least ₱1 load balance to make the call. If you prefer to call via telephone, you may call (02) 7730-1000 instead. This call is free if made from a Globe landline number.

Globe’s Digital Assistant can assist you with your mobile and internet concerns.

You will then receive a text message with your remaining data allocation. Globe balance inquiries via *143# are free and you can check your balance even if you have zero load balance.
