18 Απρ 2024 · I prefer OWB kydex holsters for any of my carry guns. I am carrying almost anywhere and for any occasion. Kydex holsters usually sit snug on the waist, don't move around, and the gun is easy to draw and re-holster. I even carry my firearms that way with shorts and a T-Shirt or short sleeve shirt.
OWB holsters for the Glock 19 do need a form of retention, passive or active, since they are often more visible than IWB holsters. The best OWB holsters for Glock 19 pistols will allow a smooth and fast draw, support the weapon, and retain the weapon sufficiently.
