1 Οκτ 2012 · A clip is tight and secures the gun in place on your pants or belt depending, on the model of clip. Keeps the gun from moving around in any direction. In 'Mexican Carry', the gun is not secured at all, and can pop up and out, slide around, or as you mentioned, slide down your pants.
10 Φεβ 2014 · I have been carrying my g36 with a clip draw for two years and I love it. It does replace with it own metal back plate. I have replace mine once in the past two year or so. Since I carry with one in the chamber, I also use a Glock trigger block which makes the trigger completely safe from accidental discharge.
11 Αυγ 2015 · Posts: 28,259. Idaho, USA. I've been trying this Clipdraw clip on my Kahr for about a month and thought I'd share my experiences with it. Bottom line is it's perfect for my situation but probably isn't for everybody. I tried an IWB holster and couldn't like it, it was just too bulky.

9 Φεβ 2010 · The idea that a Glock would be a bad choice for a clipdraw is funny to me. If a Glock is no good for it then all the others are even worse for it. External safeties are exposed to moving surfaces - body/belt/whatever. Would hate to have a "cocked and locked" turn into "cocked and ready to rock".
