Poor customer service, doesn't answer emails, one order arrived with almost empty bottles due to leakage during shipment. No response. My other order hasn't shipped since MArch 31!
The numbers on their site, their customer service, everything is pretty much fake. They send a tracking number but no shipment ever gets sent out. Once you do get in touch with someone through email, they give you the run around telling you supervisor will contact you within 48 hours which never happens.

15 Ιαν 2013 · The only contact info I had was an email to customer service which I emailed expaining my shock at what they had done. After several emails between them promising me that if I sent back the products by Jan. 14th to a P.O. Box, and they were unopened, they would give me a 100% refund.
