Use J 44887 to remove the oil filter cap. Remove the oil pan drain plug and allow the oil to drain out. Remove the oil filter from the cap and discard. Clean the oil filter housing in the engine block. Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices. Install the oil pan drain plug. Tighten: Tighten the oil pan drain plug to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).
