17 Ιουλ 2018 · If you’ve replaced a blower motor resistor and that replacement has failed, it’s time to conduct an amperage test on the blower motor. If the amp draw exceeds the manufacturer’s specifications, replace the blower motor.

16 Ιαν 2011 · I was told to go buy a blower motor resister, come to find out they no longer sell the resister for the 2005 Chevy Avalanche. It has to be converted to a blower motor control module these days. So I bought that for $120 (no returns or refunds from a dealer) installed today and is did not work.
