28 Σεπ 2024 · Goat head soup is made during the Jamaican street dance. It is very rarely made, but really delicious. It is spicy, and the ram-goat gives a special flavor that you can’t get from any other animal. Jamaicans are very specific about the ram-goat being used.
Goats Head Soup is an odd mix of sonic textures and styles, and perhaps that’s one reason why it hasn’t received a lot of critical acclaim over the years. But it’s an excellent album that deserves to be reappraised.
