16 Απρ 2007 · I have a '96 MIJ Jaguar, and I tried putting a three-way Gibson style switch like Kurt Cobain's in the treble switch plate. I fit it in there, and wired it up, and it doesn't work. I can't seem to figure it out, the neck pickup in the rhythm setting was the only part that worked.
17 Μαρ 2009 · I'm looking to install a 3-Way Switch in to my Jag HH. I've been wanting to do it for years and seeing the Johnny Marr jag has finally convinced me to start. Ideally, I want the switch to be: Neck/Both/Bridge.
6 Αυγ 2023 · This is an interactive mod that spins when you make an orbit shot. Jet Jaguar spins with one hit, then faster with the second hit (assuming the shot does not time out), then even faster with the third hit, then reaches maximum speed with the fourth consecutive orbit shot!
I'm currently building a Jag myself and am also using a 3 way switch toggle. I believe there are different ways to wire them depending if they are switchcraft style with 3 lugs, or DPDT style with 6 lugs. I am following this video exactly: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=60NQ_qdR3l0&t=242s.
two popular mods are turning the 'strangle' switch into a phase switch, and using the existing switching, making the pickups series when both in the down/off position. check out shadoweclipse's wiring diagrams on the offsetguitars.com forums.
