26 Φεβ 2021 · I can no longer get local program guide but streaming guide works. No local antenna TV program guide only shows no data available. My other 2 tv's work as they always have.
14 Μαΐ 2022 · It appears after a recent software update (I can only tell because a few icons changed on the Roku OS), the channel information for OTA channels is no longer displaying. I get only the message "no information available." I'm using a Hisense 50" Roku TV.
23 Αυγ 2021 · Run the programming feature to let the TV detect channels, then try again to see if the channel you're looking for is there. If it's OTA, try repositioning the antenna for better reception. Contact manufacturer support.
If you can’t see catch-up TV programmes on Freeview Play when you scroll back in the TV Guide, there are three things that could be happening: There may be a problem with your internet connection. Catch-up programmes aren’t available on that channel.
27 Νοε 2022 · Has anyone ever solved the issue of the Channel Guide displaying "No Information" on every channel? I've had the tv for 3 years now and it doesn't work on the guide. I've changed zipcodes, scanned channels, reset the tv, etc and it still shows no information on every channel on the guide.
Usually on the Home Screen I can go to the “Live” tab and see a channel listing of all my live channels across all my free apps, as well as the Google TV channels. The other day it suddenly stopped working, showing “something went wrong, there was a problem loading the channel guide.
