My chrome stopped working like an hour ago. It doesn't open at all. No error messages pop up either. I tried uninstalling/reinstalling and restarting my laptop multiple times. I looked through my task manager to see if it was running in the background, but didn't find anything chrome.
I have tried these things: Uninstalling and reinstalling. Downloading 32-bit version. Using the flags: --incognito, --safe-plugins, --disable-extensions, --bwsi, and --no-sandbox. Changing the Default folder to Backup default. Force quitting it in task manager.

You have one of two fixes to resolve this issue. First one is try downloading the Google Chrome application from a different web browser. Secondly you need to uninstall the old Google Chrome application from Windows. Make sure you restart after uninstalling.
