Google Maps is a GPS-based application for your BlackBerry smartphone that lets you use your BlackBerry like a Garmin or TomTom style dashboard GPS. While it is a nice free app you can download, it isn’t quite as accurate as I expected it to be on my BlackBerry Curve 8330.

25 Νοε 2011 · As one would expect nowadays, the BlackBerry Curve 9360 is equipped with a built-in GPS receiver and comes with A-GPS support. For navigation you get BlackBerry Maps preinstalled.
You can even track your location using your phone’s GPS, but not all Curves are equipped with GPS, so only some Curves can use this particular feature. In addition to being able to add custom webcams and different media links such as video, HTML and weather radio, you can customize your homescreen icon to show the current conditions.
