10 Ιουν 2022 · Guaranteed Remittance (GR) Form. GR Form is an exchange control document required by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). As per the exchange control regulations, an exporter has to realise export proceeds within 180 days of the shipment of goods from India. In order to ensure this, the RBI has introduced the GR procedure.
(1) Each person holding a maquiladora export permit must file a report of its tax-free purchases and pay the tax required under the Tax Code, §151.101, for any goods used or consumed in Texas. Items may be stored in this state prior to export to Mexico without incurring a tax liability.
The GR Form was included in the Statement sent to the Reserve Bank with the R Return for the fortnight ending.....sent on..... We certify and confirm that we have received the total amount of ..... (Current amount) as under being the proceeds of exports declared on this form.
Accounts on any goods purchased under this certificate that are not exported to Mexico prior to their use. This certificate is not valid unless accompanied by a copy of the Maquiladora Export Permit issued by the Comptroller of Public Accounts. Authorized Signature: _____
