19 Ιαν 2022 · App library never loads on Quest 2. Have purchased many games that I cannot install or run. Have firmware reset multiple times, currently on v37. Oculus TV and Oculus Browser won't launch from quick icons. If I go to Store, previous purchases will not install, just shows a spinning loading icon. Signing out/on phone doesn't help.
Hello there, if the Library isn't loading for you, please reboot your headset and check on the Oculus phone app to make sure you're logged into the app and paired with the headset. If the Library still isn't loading for you, you will likely need to do a factory reset of the headset.
6 Νοε 2023 · To resolve the issue of the Meta Quest app library not loading, you should check your internet connection, try restarting the headset, log out and log back in, ensure that the Oculus and Meta Quest are up to date, and lastly, factory reset the headset.
Turn the Quest headset off. Restart the mobile device. Turn the headset back on. The library should sync with the account again and refresh its contents after logging back in.

20 Μαρ 2023 · I have an oculus quest 2. It’s about a year old (I got it for Christmas 2021). Everyday I turn it on, I can only access my menu at the bottom, which includes the browser, settings, and others. I can’t open my App Library though. When I click it, it acts like it’s taking me to it, but it just has the loading sign and stays there.
